This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought is the initiation of Market Research under Part 10 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support is seeking sources capable of providing the following Revision Military, LTD’s Universal Prescription Lens Carrier (UPLC) items: 1. PART NUMBER 4-0436-9102 – 1 EACH NSN 6540-01-600-6532 2. PART NUMBER 4-0436-9104 – (10 PER PACKAGE (PK)) NSN 6540-01-600-6536 3. PART NUMBER 4-0436-9110 – (30 PER PACKAGE (PK)) NSN 6540-01-600-6541 The manufacturer’s name and part numbers will identify all items. All items will conform to the manufacturer’s specifications. Refurbished or used products will not be accepted. The DLA Troop Electronic Catalog (ECAT) will be the sole means by which orders will be placed, confirmed and invoiced under this contract. The contract agrees to use the ECAT system to display its catalog and awarded price(s) for the items offered. This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) and does not commit the U.S. Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or pay any costs associated with responding to this announcement. All submitted information shall remain with the U.S. Government and will not be returned. Your response to this RFI shall be submitted electronically in PDF format and emailed to Jennifer.Tran@dla.mil
