This RFI is for market research only, seeking industry capabilities and experience to serve as a Product Support Integrator and material integration partner for the CP DEPMEDS reconfiguration and technology refresh; it is not a solicitation and will not result in a contract award. The commercial partner would procure commercially available components; coordinate receipt, accountability, and consolidation of Government-sourced materiel; apply and validate IUID markings; maintain materiel accountability, readiness, PMCS, and COSIS; and build and verify component packages. The partner would deliver verified, complete component packages to Pine Bluff Arsenal for final system integration, build completion, packaging, and Government acceptance. The Government seeks experience in multi-vendor procurement and materiel integration, Government-furnished or Government-directed property, IUID and data management, military logistics and shipping documentation, kitting/staging/preservation/shipment, supply-chain risk mitigation, and CBRN/deployable medical or similar expeditionary equipment. Respondents should describe relevant experience, technical approach, facilities and workforce, data and reporting, risk management, and rough-order-of-magnitude startup, staffing, cost drivers, and recommended contract structure.
