The Department of the Air Force is soliciting white papers for a business process prototype to provide specialized engineering and technical services, with a significant emphasis on advancing hypersonic test and evaluation capabilities. The primary location for service performance is at the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) in Tennessee. Following a successful prototype phase, the Government intends to issue a follow-on agreement to the selected participant.
