The US Space Force seeks a launch service provider for target vehicle launches from the west side of the United States. The launch vehicle must be reliable, mature, and under the provider's own technical and operational control, with a recent successful launch. The provider must meet US Commercial Provider requirements and have active registrations in SAM and the Defense Logistics Agency Joint Certification Program.
