This sources sought inquiry seeks 8(a) small businesses with the capability and capacity to perform grounds maintenance services. The contractor would provide non-personal services, including all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other necessary items/services to maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, professional appearance. Performance locations are Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Randolph, Seguin Auxiliary Airfield in Seguin, TX, and Canyon Lake Recreation Area (CLRA). Work includes mowing, edging/vegetation control, trimming, pest control/herbicides, and pruning of shrubs, hedges, trees, and other plants.
