Hanscom AFLCMC/PZI, in coordination with Hanscom Civil Engineering, intends to release a request for proposal for the repair of the exterior and interior of the Golf Course equipment building located at the Hanscom Air Force Base Golf Course. See attached Draft Statement of Work for further information. The Rough Order of Magnitude of this project shall be Between $250,000 and $500,000. FAR 52.211-12 - Liquidated Damages-Construction shall NOT be included in this effort. Please note that a formal solicitation will be released on SAM.gov following this pre-solicitation/Synopsis. The aforementioned solicitation shall reference this synopsis.
