The Government intends to purchase two (2) Atom Defender spectrum analyzers that will allow NGA’s spectrum monitoring capabilities to expand to cover greater portions of the RF spectrum to deal with new and emerging threats. Salient requirements: (1) Atom Defender Threat Detection Receiver & Power Supply, (1) System Controller, (1) Integrated Receiver Information System (IRIS) Software License, (1) Advanced Counter Measures (ACM) Toolkit Software License, (1) Baton Antenna (20 MHz to 50GHz {kit}), (1) 50” Whip Antenna, (2) Integrated Waveguide Antennas (1) Lightweight tripod w/compact ball head, (1) 8’ SMA-SMA male cable, (1) 16’ SMASMA male cable, (1) 50GHz shielded 8' Male to Male Straight Plug Cable, (1) 10’ CAT6 Cable, and (1) Custom Travel Case for all kit components. Must be ruggedized to be man portable and designed for field use
