U.S. Special Operations Command is conducting market research to identify potential sources with the expertise and capability to deliver a Handheld Radio Frequency (RF) Spectrum Analyzer system that meets the technical specifications in Table 1 of attachment. Requested Response Submission of a white paper not to exceed 5 pages describing your approach to meeting the requirements listed in this notice is requested. Pages exceeding the limitation will not be evaluated. The white paper shall be submitted in an 8 1/2” x 11” format with 12-point Time New Roman font with 1-inch margins a Microsoft Word (.doc) or Adobe (.pdf) format. All tables and figures shall be in format with 12-point Times New Roman font. Doc or PDF file name shall be [Company Name]_RF_HH_SPEC A_White Paper. The white paper should address technical capabilities and proposed methods for meeting the objectives. White papers should include discussion of the following elements: - Technical approach to meeting the requirements outlined in Table 1 Technical Specifications. - Development timelines and roadmap. - Estimated delivery schedule. - Any relevant past performance or contracts with DoD or other Government agencies.
