This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be competed as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. In accordance with the attached Description of Requirement (Attachment 01), an award for this acquisition will be provided to the vendor whose quote is the Lowest Priced of those determined to be Technically Qualified.
