Commander of Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) has a requirement to procure maintenance services and support for four (4) existing strands of single mode dark fiber tied between Westbrooke Office and Bldg. 137 Mezzanine B for Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE). The maintenance services and support include but not limited to the following: support for phone services, maintenance shall include repair services if there are any issues with the fiber, and a mean-time-to-repair of 4 hours or less from the time an issue is reported. The contractor shall provide a base period of performance of twelve (12) months, with an additional four (4) option years of maintenance services and support. Please note that the phone services were previously provided on contract number GS00Q17NSD3003, order number M6700121F1083, by Core Technologies, Inc. with a period of performance from 17 May 2021 through 16 May 2022. This requirement was orginally solicited on GSA E-Buy from 11/17/2022 through 11/28/2022, no response were received. The GSA RFQ ID # was RFQ1596220.
