The following procurement is in support of Fleet Readiness Command Mid-Atlantic Voyage Repair Team Maintenance Production Work Centers in buildings LF-34 AND LF-53 at Naval Station Norfolk. The primary objective of this contract is to procure Atlas Copco GA30+40HP Rotary Screw Compressor with NDX Refrigerated Air Drier to run our air systems which is requiredfor our production work centers to perform maintenance on Aircraft Landing and Recovery Equipment(ALRE). This procurement was needed due to current compressor failing. Firm Fixed Price procurement of (1) each ATLAS Copco GA30+40HP Rotary Screw Compressor with (1) each NDX Refrigerated Air Drier. This contractual procurement for Compressor will include oil/water separator, lubricant and heat tape. Offeror's submissions will be evaluated based upon the following: (1) Technical: quote must be rated as technically acceptable to be eligible for award. In order to be deemed technically acceptable, the salient characteristics listed in the solicitation must be met. (2) Price: Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable based upon the salient characteristics. Discussions: The Government intends to award a purchase order without discussions with respective vendors/quoters. The Government however, reserves the right to conductdiscussions if deemed in its best interest. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. All responsible sources shall submit a quote to the point of contact that includes the break out of parts, quantity and costs associated with those parts as listed in the SOW. This submission will be open for a total of calendar (7) calendar days to May 17, 2023 300PM EDT. Information received will be considered for the purpose of a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
