Amendment 0001 Prior quotes need not be resubmitted, but those contractors who previously quoted SHALL still sign this amendment to acknowledge receipt even if their quote remains unchanged. The subject solicitation is hereby re-opened to allow contractors an opportunity to quote since the Foundry Spec Sheet and CDRLs were left off the initial solicitation posting on SAM.gov. The purpose of this amendment is as follows: 1) The Foundry Specification Sheet is hereby incorporated within Section J. 2) The descriptions of CLINs 1001, 2001, 3001, 4001 and 5001 are updated to specify that they include drop-off of containers. 3) A slightly revised Statement of Work is included. 4) The Wage Determination is hereby updated within Section H to the most current version. 5) The response due date is extended to 1700 EST local time on 25 Sep 2024. This is an urgent requirement, so further extensions may not be granted. _________________________________ The contractor is responsible for picking up the byproduct chips from NFPC, weighing it at a nearby weigh station, delivering it to their facility, analyzing the chips, re-processing the chips to a usable ingot, and returning the ingot to NFPC. Exact quantities and delivery schedules shall be established at the TO level. The ordering period for this contract is sixty (60) months, with a period-of-performance not to exceed seventy-two (72) months. Please note the quantities below are the maximum quantities per year during the sixty (60) month ordering period.
