Solicitation number N0018923Q0632 – Norfolk, VA The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center in Norfolk, VA intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract for Motorola Deployable Radio Kits in support of Carrier Strike Group FOUR (CSG4) Norfolk, VA. This requirement will be solicited on a Sole Source Basis and the Sole Source Justification is attached with the solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N0018923Q0632 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334220 with a small business size standard of 1,250 (# of employees). The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract with only one source, Mobile Communications America (MCA), Cage Code 7Z6M6, under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii).
