The 460th Contracting Squadron at Buckley Space Force Base (BSFB), Colorado, is seeking five brand-new, non-refundable towable camper trailers for the Outdoor Recreation Center, to be permanently acquired to meet increasing demand. All trailers must meet specific salient characteristics, including no slide-outs, dry weight between 2,500–2,800 lbs, sleeping capacity for 4–5 people, and a 100W roof-mounted solar panel, among other technical requirements. Delivery must be fully assembled, safety-inspected, and ready for deployment within 60 calendar days after receipt of order, with FOB Destination to Buckley SFB, Colorado. The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis, but funds are not presently available and no obligation exists until funding is confirmed. Performance of services is at Buckley SFB, Colorado, and contractor personnel must be able to pass a background check for base access.
