Install Smart Mail Lockers in the building 421 day-room to cover a 20' long space serving the mail needs of 600 residents with an average inbound parcel volume of 30-50 packages per day. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, vehicles, other items and services necessary to deliver, unbox, move, attach and install the smart lockers as requested. They will leave the area as clean as they found it. They will remove all packaging material, plastic and pallets. The Contractor will provide all shipping, installation & training required to operate and maintain smart lockers for the Unaccompanied Housing Section.
