This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quote (RFQ), number RFQ19122AS28, incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 2005-101, effective 26 October 2018. This RFQ is solicited as a SOLE SOURCE to Leidos, Inc. (Leidos) within North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 511210 and small business size standard of $38.5M. The offeror's quote will be evaluated against the technical specifications listed in Table 1 below. In order to be considered for this requirement, Leidos must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov. Registration MUST contain the appropriate NAICS code. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the vendor by the Government. NGA intends to award one Firm Fixed-Price contract with a period of performance of 6.5 months beginning date of award to co term with other Leidos contracts.
