The solicitation number is 1538203 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238290 with a small business size standard of $16,500,000 and PSC 7320 (Kitchen Equipment/Appliances). This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified sellers may submit bids. The Arkansas Army National Guard requires the following items, Brand Name Only or equal, to the following: Commercial Food Service Appliances and Equipment.
