This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quote (RFQ), number RFQ102075AS07, incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 2005-101, effective 26 October 2018. This RFQ is solicited Sole Source to Echelon Services, LLC within North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 511210 and small business size standard of $41.5M. In order to be considered for this requirement, Echelon Services, LLC must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov. Registration MUST contain the appropriate NAICS code. You must be the manufacturer or a Liquidware software authorized reseller to submit a quote. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the vendor by the Government. NGA intends to award one Firm Fixed-Price contract with a period of performance of 12/19/2020 through 12/18/2021 to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror.
