This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quote (RFQ), number RFQ10212AS36, incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 2005-101, effective 26 October 2018. This RFQ is solicited as a Sole Source for Voyager Search Software Support Services within North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541210 with a small business size standard of $41.5M. In order to be considered for this requirement, you must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), www.beta.sam.gov. Registration MUST contain the appropriate NAICS code. You MUST be an approved reseller or subcontractor of Voyager Search to submit a proposal. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the vendor by the Government. NGA intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract with a period of performance of a 1 September 2020 through 31 May 2021 to co-term with the existing Voyager Search software contract. Award will be evaluated based on lowest price technically acceptable basis in accordance with Attachment 1 – Statement of Work.
