This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quote (RFQ), number RFQ10111AS05, incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 2005-101, effective 26 October 2018. This RFQ is solicited Sole Source to TerraGo within North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 511210 and small business size standard of $41.5M. In order to be considered for this requirement, TerraGo must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov. Registration MUST contain the appropriate NAICS code. You must be the manufacturer or a TerraGo authorized reseller to submit a quote. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the vendor by the Government. NGA intends to award one Firm Fixed-Price contract with a period of performance of 08/31/2020 – 08/30/2020 to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror. Please note this requirement is SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS in accordance with FAR clause 52.232-18, response to this RFQ with a quote does NOT guarantee NGA to make award for this requirement.
