GEN-420 product from Geneforce Emergency Power Systems with approximately 12 hour run-times, brand name or equal. IAW FAR 5.203(b), the abbreviated solicitation response time is due to the urgency of the acquisition and FY22 funding requirements. The contracting officer has determined the shortened response time will still afford potential offerors a reasonable opportunity to response to the proposed contract action.
