The contractor shall provide an in-person instructor-led Optical Fiber Installation Training course for 86 Communications Squadron (86 CS) in accordance with the current Electronic Industries Alliance/Telecommunications Industry Association (EIA/TIA) standards. The course should support 8-12 people, and include the administration of a certification exam that will award 35 ICT CECs. The vendor will provide all necessary equipment including but not limited to, audio visual equipment, laptop computer, data/video projector, projector screen, flipchart and easels, markers and power cords. The dates of the course will be determined immediately after the award of the contract. The contractor will receive at least 30 days' notice before the proposed course start date. Please note that the same will apply to the option periods regarding the course dates. If the option periods are exercised the dates of the course will be determined immediately after exercising the option, the contractor will still be given 30 days' notice. The contractor shall provide labor and management to support the responsibilities outlined within the PWS (Attachment 1).
