The work for this project includes the design and construction of up to 178 duplex units of three bedroom and four bedroom, single-story family houses and single-family houses at Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB). H-308, Phase IX, will construct up to 136 family units and H-434, Phase X, will construct up to 42 family units. These projects will provide adequate and permanent housing facilities required to support enlisted personnel and their families in Guam. Further, these are phases nine and ten of eleven phases planned to significantly upgrade the quality of family housing units available for occupancy and will bring the housing units up to acceptable standards.
