[PWS, Technical Exhibit 2 - Deliverables Schedule] *08/29/2019* Purpose of this amendment is to address additional RFIs. See attachment. *8/28/2019* Purpose of this amendment is to address vendors RFIs and to upload updated PWS. The updates apply to Paragraph 9.3.1 of the PWS: 9.3.1. Individual Therapy Session: The contractor shall execute a therapy session with a board certified Psychologist or Psychiatrist to meet with each individual student. At the conclusion of these therapy sessions, students shall have experienced: individual feedback session with a Psychologist, understand what happens in a therapy session, gain a personal insight and be able to apply feedback information in their lives and in their effort to achieve their own personal goals, and be able to directly address the issue of stigma in their units and confront misinformation. The PWS dated as of 08/28/2019 is the most recent and shall be used for proposals. All other terms and conditions remains the same. ***See attachment for full Requirement Description*** This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) in Accordance With (IAW) FAR Subpart 12.6 and conjunction with FAR Part 13 and Subpart 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Requirement. The U.S. Army Alaska (USARAK) Fort Wainwright, Alaska, has a five (5) day requirement for the providing of leadership resiliency training across Fort Wainwright, AK (FWAK) in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement, (PWS) as noted in attachment 2 of this solicitation. Period/Place of Performance. IAW the PWS, training will be conducted at a training facility located on Fort Wainwright, AK. The period of performance is 16-20 September 2019.
