Follow up Questions and Answers to Amendment 1 1. Question: In Amendment #1 of the RFP 0011764447, the first question and answer on page 11 states that resumes are required for the Program Manager and the Alternate Program Manager. This conflicts with paragraph 1.6.11 which states” “The Project Manager and Alternate are key personnel and shall be designated in writing to the KO.” Are these resumes to be submitted as additional documents and not included in the page count? Answer: Resumes are NOT included in the page count. 2. Question: Page 9 of the QandA++(RFP+0011764447).pdf, bottom question: "The Government cannot tell the industry how many FTE’s are wanted. The industry shall propose how many FTE’s they will need to provide to meet the required annual man-hours while being able to fully meet contract requirements." The Government is indicating here there are required annual man hours, but those are not provided in the RFP or PWS. The Government has indicated references to hours as an estimate (Technical Exhibit 3), however in the Q&A response referenced here, the Government is indicating there are required man hours. Can the Government please provide the "required" man hours they are referring to in the Q&A? Answer: There are no required man hours, the estimated workload data hours are listed in Technical Exhibit 3. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested for the required service and no written solicitation will be issued. Fort Rucker, AL requires the following service: This is a non-personal services contract to provide training and education product development services to bring designated Lesson Plans (LP) and Programs Of Instruction (POI) to TR 350-70 standard and to properly document the products in Training Development Capability for the Warrant Officer Career College. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform training and education product development services as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Type of Contract: The Government anticipates a single award Firm-Fixed-Price Contract.
