AMENDMENT 01: Revise the Solicitation Number to read N63394-20-R-0034. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.207-16(ii) any responsible source may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation that the agency shall consider. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme (NSWC PHD), located at Naval Base Ventura County, CA, intends to award a sole source new delivery order to Harris Corporation under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-19-G-5500 in FY20. The associated justification and approval (J&A) will be posted within 14 days after contract award per FAR 6.305(a). This requirement is not set aside for small business. The PSC code is R425 and the NAICS is 334511. The Harris Corporation shall provide contract support for Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) of the Government Furnished Property (GFP) for the AN/SPS-48 Radar System. The negotiated sole source new delivery order will include a Cost Plus Fixed Fee CLIN 0001 and Not Separately Priced (NSP) Clin 0006, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL). The Request for Proposal (RFP) N63394-20-F-0024 release date for this effort is estimated to be no sooner than 15 calendar days after this notice of the contract action. It will be directly solely to the prospective source identified above. The BOA Delivery Order will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(4), authorizing the use of other than competitive procedures for this acquisition.
