This is a synopsis to RFP HHM402-22-R-0046, a solicitation for non-commercial, targeted analysis services to support the Joint Target Intelligence Office (JTI). Due to the sensitive nature of the requirement, a written, unclassified version of the solicitation will be issued, following this synopsis, via SAM.gov. The solicitation following this announcement is anticipated to be a total set-aside to 8(a) small business participants. The NAICS for the anticipated solicitation is 541519. The solicitation is anticipated to be released via NSA ARC on June 29, 2022. Please see the attachment for the formal synopsis and Amendment 0002 to the synopsis. 06/27/22 - UPDATE: Due to NSA ARC currently experiencing technical issues with no estimate as to when the issues affecting user access will be resolved, the contracting office anticipates releasing an unclassified version of the Request for Proposal HHM402-22-R-0046 via the Government-Point-of-Entry website, SAM.gov. All CUI and FOUO information will be redacted from the solicitation. Offerors seeking this information may submit a request via email to the contracting office so the information can be sent via secure site, DoD SAFE.
