The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, NE, is seeking information for market research purposes only. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES: Wildland/ Tech Rescue PPE Specifications 1. Wildland/Tactical Jacket - PFAS Free - Dual certified to NFPA 1951 and NFPA 1977 - Outer shell made of Sigma 7.0, optional snap in moisture barrier. - Two inside chest pockets with snaps - Two side pockets with zipper - Pre-Bent elbows with Para Aramid reinforcements - High quality wristlets of DuPont Nomex - Full length zipper front closure with inside storm flap - 3m FR Comfort trim in high visibility orange or yellow - Tan/Black in color - Name tag with 2- or 3-inch letters. - “OFFUTT FIRE/ RESCUE” straight on back 2. Wildland/Tactical Pants - PFAS Free - Dual certified to NFPA 1951 and NFPA 1977 - Outer shell made of Sigma 7.0, optional snap in moisture barrier. - Box pocket on each thigh. - Two side pockets with zippers - Reinforcements of Para Aramid on knees and bottom cuffs - Intake on wrist - Reverse Boot cut - Intake at hem and zipper up the calf for good fit and easy donning. - 3m FR Comfort trim in high visibility orange or yellow - Tan/Black in color 3. Helmet - Certified to NFPA 1951 and NFPA 1977 - High-temperature thermoplastic shell and plastic parts, modacrylic and polyester blend straps, polyamide/polyester, elastane base paddings. - Fire-retardant - 3–4-point chinstrap, Fire-retardant, Quick release buckle - Reflective trim - Goggle posts. - Flame resistant neck protector 4. Gloves - Certified to NFPA 1977 - Modacrylic inner liner for extra protection and comfort sewn in at each fingertip 5.
