The Government is requesting that Contractors review the attached PWS and provide a response about their capabilities to fulfill the requirement including addressing specific areas of concern identified in section 2c. The response shall be a white paper limited to five (5) pages. The Government’s intent is to identify Contractors capable of performing the tasks IAW the PWS on a four (4) month contract starting 02 July 2025 ending no later than 02 November 2025. The Contractor must have a facilities clearance. The Contract has numerous positions that require a Secret clearance. Places of Performance are both CONUS and OCONUS.
