This is a Request for Information (RFI) only, which, as part of market research, is being issued in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10 Market Research. This is not a solicitation, no solicitation exists. This is Not a request for a quote, request for proposal, or an invitation to bid, nor is this to be construed as a commitment by the US Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Training Aircraft Division/Sustainment Branch (AFLCMC/WLDW) is seeking to identify sources that may be capable of Contractor Operated & Maintained Base Supply (COMBS) which currently consists of 73 to 85 aircraft at 1 to 4 Main Operating Bases (MOBs). T-1A Jayhawk aircraft beginning on or about 1st quarter Fiscal Year (FY) 2025.
