NGA is seeking market information on how a vendor could provide and administer an organizational message application supporting the exchange, discovery, drafting, coordination, release, receipt, storage, and dissemination of intelligence reporting for internal and external users and mission partners. The RFI focuses on industry capabilities and commercial solutions for operations, maintenance, sustainment, modernization, and cybersecurity support, including COTS messaging software, licensing/support, geographically separated operations, storage modernization, automation, transition, and ongoing technical support within a Government-provided hosting environment. Performance locations are NGA Springfield and NGA Arnold, with a base period from 15 September 2027 to 14 September 2028 and option periods extending through 14 September 2032. This is an RFI only for information and planning, not an RFP, and NGA is not seeking proposals or paying respondent costs at this stage. The solution must be compatible with NGA’s hosting environment and enterprise architecture, support two geographically separated data centers, comply with security and cybersecurity requirements, and may require cleared personnel and coordination with NGA’s Infrastructure Service Provider.
