The Government requests contractors review the attached PWS and provide a capabilities white paper of up to five pages addressing the specific concerns in section 2c. The intent is to identify contractors capable of performing the PWS tasks under a three-month contract from 03 November to 02 February 2027. The contractor must have a facilities clearance, and numerous positions require a Secret clearance. Places of performance include both CONUS and OCONUS. This is an informational request under FAR 16.505 only; no award will be made, and the Government will not pay for information or materials received.
