Synopsis: This is a Request For Information for Long Range Transportable Radars for an FMS Customer. General Requirements provide P&A for quantity of 3 to 6 LRRs: The desired radar equipment is a mobile (non-radiating during transport), tactical radar system capable of providing radar azimuth, range, and height, integrated with customer-provided Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) equipment for a 250-nautical-mile coverage. This deployable and transportable radar system is vehicle mounted or has towable configuration, capable of providing long range radar data to support operations and control of tactical aircraft, and detection and track of air breathing targets, including low observables and UAV in the presence of hostile electronic countermeasures. The desired equipment is capable of communicating radar data via radio, microwave relay, or satellite communications link. The self-contained data gathering system operates in inclement weather, and in the presence of chaff, and jamming and requires only its 100 kW power source to operate. Detailed Requirements: contained in attached SRD. No classified responses will be considered. The Government also request any applicable warranty or guarantee on system/parts, if applicable. The Government requests Contractors provide a 5-10 page white paper that outlines the system capabilities and ROM pricing. It is preferred that the information be presented in a PPT Presentation and Word Document.
