Initial market research indicates that the Toro Groundsmaster 4000-D constitutes an acceptable acquisition. Required mower will have the following characteristics at minimum: -Tier 4 Final Compliant -11 feet or better of combined lateral mowing capability -55hp or better power plant -Full-time bi-directional 4WD in at least Mow and Transport (or similar) modes -Cruise control -Auto Idle -Isolated operator platform -High traction tires This acquisition is not currently funded however funding is expected. The RFQ, if opened, will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 336112.
