Manufacturer part number ACFT4L (or equal), PSC 7810/NAICS 39920 **1 ea will be delivered to Al Udeid AB, Quatar; **1 ea will be delivered to Sigonella, IT. **Please reply to thomas.e.poplin3.civ@army.mil and matthew.w.mohon.civ@army.mil if you are able to produce/acquire the products and ship to the designated locations, method of shipping, and approximate shipping cost in order to determine feasibility of shipping to these locations rather than the Government purchasing the items, shipping to a CONUS port and utilizing the military shipping process to send to final destination. The total cost of the product + shipping will be evaluated at a later date. At this time, ACC Contracting Office is simply looking for capability to acquire the product and have the items shipped to the OCONUS locations listed above. Item description: Army Combat Fitness Testing (ACFT) compliant artificial turf surface that can be installed over an existing hard surface. The turf must be for indoor/outdoor use and be composed of a durable material and marked with three to four ACFT lanes. Material must be non-rubber infilled turf that can sustain extreme weather and heat with a high resistance tests, blended nylon and polyethylene 50/50 combination that gives a the true ball roll of a traditional nylon field, with the softness of the new generation rubber-filled turf. Overall dimensions must be at least 24ft wide and 96ft long in length. Desired features include a foam backing of at least 3mm, high wear resistance, and the ability to serve as both a permanent or temporary installation. Easy non-glue down installation required using a velcro seem system. *Or equal products will be evaluated by the requiring activity for technical acceptability.
