This is a Request for Information / Sources Sought for market research only, not a solicitation, to identify parties capable of providing Geomembrane Covers in accordance with attached drawings and/or statement of work. Responses are voluntary, and the Government will not reimburse any costs or accept proposals as a result of this notice. Interested firms must complete the questionnaire and follow the stated security/OPSEC requirements when responding. The effort is associated with NUWC Keyport. Any future solicitation would be announced separately at a later time.
