Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Keyport is requesting assistance from commercial industry, about the capability to produce the attached specification for a FCA Display for REXTORP. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 334413 and 334419 (NAICS 334413) - Semiconductor and Related Device Manufacturing--refers to the LED portion (NAICS 334419) – Other Electronic Component Manufacturing--refers to the LCD portion This questionnaire is intended to assist the Government in their determination of commerciality of the specifications and the possibility of a small business will be able to provide the required supply. The determination will be made, by the Government, based on sufficient responses from the commercial marketplace indicating an interest and capability in proposing and accomplishing this requirement. Please answer the attached questions to the best of your ability and return the completed questionnaire to Erin Malinski via email at erin.malinski@navy.mil. Your answers to the following questions will be used to assist in the determination of small business capabilities. Respondents will NOT be notified of the results of the evaluation, and the final determination to utilize a small business set aside will be conducted per FAR 19 Small Business Programs regulations. All information will be kept confidential and will not be disseminated to the public.
