Joint Base Charleston, located in Charleston, SC seeks a contractor to provide facility maintenance services. For the purpose of this sources sought, we are seeking a preventive maintenance, inspection (PMI), and repair service contract for a US Navy training command (i.e., training facilities, warehouses, industrial areas, office areas, piers, electrical substations, barges, etc.) located primarily in a concentrated, high security waterfront complex on Joint Base Charleston-Weapons Station (JBC-WS). Those wishing to respond should fill out and return the attached questionnaire and a Capability Statement including past contracts with the government.
