The US Army DEVCOM Soldier Center is seeking potential sources to develop improved Fog Tester Instrument Image Analysis software that integrates with existing control and data acquisition systems. The software must analyze post-test video images, generate contrast ratio values, plot results over time, and output pass/fail criteria based on haze calibration measurements. The period of performance is estimated at up to one year from contract award, with work performed at the contractor's location using government-provided materials and equipment. The software must be developed for Microsoft Windows 11 using LabVIEW, .NET, or Python, and must comply with extensive Software Assurance requirements including secure coding, static analysis, and vulnerability remediation.
