THIS IS ONLY A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES. PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE A QUOTE. ONLY A CAPABILITIES STATEMENT IS REQUESTED WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT. The United States Army Africa (USARAF) has a requirement to lease tents in Ethiopia from 9 July 2019 - 6 August 2019. The tents shall consist of cots, flooring, lighting, and air conditioners. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing erecting, dismantling and the maintenance of a quantity of twenty-six (26) Berry Amendment-compliant tent/shelters with minimum dimensions of 20ft wide, 32.5 ft. long. Each tent must be able to house a minimum of twenty (20) people. The total requirement is for 520 personnel. The Contractor shall furnish all management supervision of personnel, training, equipment, material, supplies, maintenance, and any other equipment necessary to accomplish the requirement of providing leased tents. The tent structure(s) will be utilized as sleeping quarters for US Personnel only. All requested services will be required to be established and will be occupied by U.S. forces on 09 July 2019. The tear down of all requested services will be conducted no earlier than 06 August 2019. ZIPPER ENTRIES WITH TEMPER TENT CONNECTOR FLAPS; 4EA.WINDOWS IN THE END WALLS; ERECTS IN UNDER 30MINUTES WITH A TRAINED 4 PERSON CREW; ENGINEERED TO WITH STAND 100 MPH WIND LOAD AND 15LBS.
