DITCO-Europe is seeking information for an OTU-4 (112 GB) diverse pair between Sigonella, IT, Capodichino, IT, and Wiesbaden, DEU. This publication is a Request for Information (RFI) from the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) regarding services Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS). The purpose of this RFI is to conduct market research. Information obtained through this RFI will be used to determine appropriate strategies to meet the Agency's requirements. This RFI is being issues solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or a commitment for a solicitation in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service.
