This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research only, not a solicitation. The contractor would provide all labor and materials for preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on 4 Hanel Rotomat Systems. The period of performance is one year (with services twice annually) plus four one-year option periods. Services will be performed at Barksdale Air Force Base, Monday through Friday from 0730 to 1500, excluding federal holidays and base closures. All contractor personnel must comply with base security requirements, including obtaining appropriate access cards and adhering to traffic and weapons regulations.
