The Solider Performance Readiness Center (SPRC) is a dedicated training facility designed to generate lethal Soldiers who are physically fit and mentally tough to engage with and overmatch the enemy in multi-domain operations. Physical training facilities provide facilities and support services to meet the individual physical fitness, coordination, skills development, and training needs of military personnel. This facility shall be 41,700 square feet (SF). The structure is to be rapid construction tensile fabric structure or comparable innovated structure. Overall construction time is also a priority. There are approximately 110 facilities set to be built over a span of 4 years. All spaces shall be heated and cooled to comply with UFC 3-410-01, unless otherwise specified. The building is separated into three functions: Fitness/Rehab, Administration, and Utility. Interested Parties shall indicate their interest by answering the following questions and emailing your responses to the primary points of contacts on this Sources Sought Notice. The questions are: 1) What type of structure would your company/group provide? 2) What is the expected usable lifetime for the structure your company/group is purposing for this effort? 3) Which of the referenced UFCs will your structure NOT meet? 4) Does your company/group have the capability to meet all of the above criteria or only a part? If a part, which part? 5) Does your structure have the capability to meet requirements in numerous climates, such as in Ft. Drum, NY and in Ft. Bliss, TX? 6) Does your company/group have the capability to provide structures in OCONUS locations such as Hawaii, Alaska, Germany, Italy, Guam, and Korea? 7) Does your company/group have the capability to perform General/Prime Contractor type work and project management?
