FLOORING INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany is seeking information on local construction contractors that have the capability to provide new flooring, flooring removal, and flooring installation services. See Attachment 1 for a draft pricing schedule. An IDIQ is being considered to meet the flooring needs of the installation. No reimbursement will be made by the Government for any costs associated with providing information in response to this RFI or any follow up information requests.
