This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this synopsis. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources; please do not request a copy of a solicitation, as one does not exist at this time. An industry day is not required for this sources sought, no individual visits/meetings will be set with the contracting office. This sources sought is attempting to seek small businesses capable of meeting the requirement, no other socioeconomic programs will be considered as a direct/sole source award. The 50th Contracting Squadron at Schriever SFB seeks potential sources capable of providing: 1. One (1) pre-engineered modular building, ADA compliant, of approximately 41,620 Square Feet (SF). The building will have enclosed classrooms and conference room space, as well as restrooms, breakrooms, and a wellness room (approx. 140 SF) to be furnished as part of the building. Installation shall include deck, step, canopy, and ramp for ADA compliance. Building must be an ICD 705 compliant SCIF structure. Structure must also contain a fire alarm system and closed-circuit television (CCTV). 2. Building must be fully plumbed, wired for telephone, data, fully heated and cooled. 3. Business must be capable and prepared to perform full site prep activities including installation of utilities and connection to existing, as well as foundation prep. This acquisition will also require 8,000 SF of sidewalks. 4. See attached PDF for more details. 5. If you have the capability and are interested in this acquisition, submit a detailed capability statement which, at a minimum, identifies: a) Relevant past performance with evidence of similar work completed in the past three years, to include dollar value, i.e.; SCIF/ICD 705, full site prep to include design and engineering, and SCIF facilities over 20K SF. b) Point of contact including name, phone number, physical address and e-mail address. c) Size status and/or SBA certification. d) Positive statement of interest to submit a proposal. 6.
