This is not a solicitation but rather a Request for Information/Sources Sought to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for planning purposes only. The Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) contains Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI); therefore the document cannot be posted publicly. Interested vendors must request access to view the Draft PWS. Requests must include the company’s CAGE code and Unique Entity ID. If the system does not allow inserting this information, please provide via email to the Point of Contact listed below at the time of submitting the request. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services. There is no solicitation at this time. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition, and multiple awards may be made. A synopsis of your company's capabilities to provide the service as described within the Draft PWS. A statement of SB category and size standard or statement of Large Business. A statement of your current NIST Assessment summary level score is posted in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). A statement if your company is domestically or foreign owned (if foreign, please indicate the country of ownership). A statement addressing your company’s capability to perform the services as needed with an estimated Period of Performance beginning on or around 16 September 2022 for a twelve (12) month ordering period under an Blanket Purchase Agreement with four (4) twelve (12) month options.
