The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in support of the GEOINT Data Services Integrated Program Office is seeking information on how an interested contractor could sustain the National Consolidated Library (NCL) software baseline during the transition and retirement period as the Agency moves from data-center based content management to cloud-based data services. The goal of the SONIC Strike contract is to maintain full operational capability, while collaborating to integrate services into the Open Data Store (ODS). ODS is the construct for NGA Content Management Services in the cloud.
