Sources Sought and RFI- Specialized Payload Professing Facilities - Vandenberg SFB
Space Launch Delta 30 at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California is seeking information from industry to support the development of transportable, specialized payload processing facilities (PPFs) for integrating space vehicles with launch vehicle hardware. The PPFs must accommodate payloads with outer fairing diameters up to 5.3 meters and heights of 50 feet, providing at least 7,500 square feet of usable space with ISO 14644-1 Class 7 or better clean environments. Facilities must be rapidly transportable via ground, erectable, and fully mission capable upon activation, then repackable for storage after use, with the ability to withstand sustained winds of 60 MPH. Responses are due via email by 1:00 PM PDT on 15 May 2026, with white papers limited to 25 pages and a 5 MB file size. No budget information is specified in this request for information.
