Request for Information NAICS Code: 811210 PSC Code: J059 The Government is seeking comment from Industry partners for a Contractor Logistic Support (CLS) contract for the repair of Baseband Interface Group (BIG) and BIG – Airborne (A) units in support of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Air & Ground COMSEC Products Branch (AFLCMC/HNCC). The scope of this task is to provide labor, materials, facilities, and equipment to analyze, troubleshoot, repair, and refurbish the Hardware (HW) and Software (SW) for the BIG/BIG-A units. Repairs will include updates, patches, renewing licenses, problem test reports and deficiency reports. Contractor will determine spares requirement to maintain in their pool of spares. Contractor will provide updated documentation to include user manual and training updates, training, and set up a technical trouble shooting Help Desk (9-5 Monday (M) – Friday (F) or 24/7 on call) and Level 2 engineering phone support (9-5, M-F support) for the support of these devices. The contractor will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs of all BIG/BIG-A devices. However, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS), is not willing to provide the full data rights required to perform SW updates for the BIG/BIG-A. All personnel are required to be US citizens and have security clearances at the SECRET level or higher. The primary objective of this task is to provide long term repair services and training for the BIG/BIG-A as needed to support AFLCMC/HNCC’s mission.
