Mission-Wide Learning Management System (LMS)
The U.S. Army requires a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver, track, and manage training for approximately 1.5 million personnel, including all Army Components, Civilians, and contractors. The system must support instructor-led, traditional classroom, and asynchronous independent learning, along with a centrally accessible course catalog and sub-organization management. Each of the 88+ Centers of Excellence and Schools needs designated administrators with data isolation, while central control must retain visibility and governance across all sub-organizations. Scalability is a required functionality. No budget, performance location, or non-bid timelines were specified.
